When will my cookies arrive?

If you order before noon CST, Monday – Wednesday, your order will be processed the next day. Please allow up to 23 days for handling time prior to the order shipping. Even when you order after noon, Monday – Friday, they’ll still go out within two business days. Your treats should arrive 36 days after being sent. Your order will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified. You may also choose expedited service, but please remember this does not include the processing/bakery time. See the special notice on the shipping page during checkout for the next available shipping date. During the holidays, FedEx is ultimately responsible for the delivery time. We can select Overnight Shipping and get your package to FedEx within the allotted same day time frame, but sometimes FedEx is unable to provide it due to their processing times. We never guarantee Overnight Shipping. If you selected Overnight Shipping and did not receive the package overnight, please contact FedEx with your provided tracking number.

What is required to ensure delivery?

Trust us, your cookies are in good hands. But, we will need a physical street address, company name and/or personal name, apartment number, suite number, floor number, telephone number and any other information you think may be important. Also, our carrier will not deliver to post office boxes. Please contact our customer service department at 8004582447 for information regarding international shipments.

We’re perfectionists. So when it comes to cookies, we keep it simple. Our gourmet cookie selection includes: chocolate chip, white chocolatemacadamia nut, oatmeal raisin, chocolate chunk, sugar, snickerdoodle and rocky road. We offer special seasonal flavors for a limited time throughout the year. (Don't miss our Southern Butter Pecan that always comes out in March!) We also have triple chocolate brownies that are to die for. (Or so we’ve been told.) You can order them alone or with an assortment of cookies. In the rare instance we are out of stock in a particular flavor, we will substitute with the next best flavor in our assortment.

How long will my cookies and brownies stay fresh?

We are firm believers in fresh, homemade taste so we don’t use any artificial ingredients you can’t pronounce. The result? Gourmet treats that are so tempting, we doubt they’ll last long once they’ve been opened. Eat within 3 to 4 days of arrival or freeze for up to 60 days, thaw and enjoy!

What if my package has to be redirected?

We're sorry, but if you give us the wrong address and your package has to be redirected, there will be a $14 charge. Also, we can’t extend our delivery guarantee when we’ve been given the wrong address.

We wouldn’t have it any other way. In fact, we believe so much in our gourmet treats that we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason at all, you aren’t completely thrilled, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work with you oneonone to fix the problem or issue a refund. (Our guarantee doesn’t cover incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer.)
